New Patient Registration

Anyone in the UK can register with us. However, only patients who live within the following areas and who meet the clinical criteria will be able to receive a home visit.

Our catchment area includes Ottery St Mary, Feniton, West Hill, Whimple, Talaton, Metcombe, Venn Ottery, Southerton. 

Our catchment area also includes some parts of Tipton St John, Payhembury, Clyst St Lawrence, and Colaton Raleigh. Patients moving to these villages should contact us to check where our boundary lies.

There are 3 ways to register at the practice:

1. If you live within our catchment area, please click here.

2. If you live outside our catchment area, please click here.

3. Attend in person and complete a registration form.

Patients do not need to re-register if you were already registered with us before the retirement of two of our partners and the arrival of two new partners. Your registration remains active, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with care.
