New Patient Registration

Our catchment area includes Ottery St Mary, Feniton, West Hill, Whimple, Talaton, Metcombe, Venn Ottery, Southerton. 

Our catchment area also includes some parts of Tipton St John, Payhembury, Clyst St Lawrence, and Colaton Raleigh. Patients moving to these villages should contact us to check where our boundary lies.

There are 3 ways to register at the practice:

1. Attend in person and complete a registration form.

2. Download a registration form here and either email it to us or post it to us.

3. Complete an online registration form by clicking here. 

Patients do not need to re-register if you were already registered with us before the retirement of two of our partners and the arrival of two new partners. Your registration remains active, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with care.
